My neighbor flooded my house. Now the southwest corner of the house is bowed out and visibly sagging. Its an old wood house from 1930s. on the second floor the structural damage has the floor noticeably higher in the middle and sloping toward the damaged corner. Need someone to tell me if house is safe and if not, how to correct.
