hip truss to skillion roof conversions. initially 3, but optimistic to do up to 50 per year in Adelaide. I have the original saht trust plans for the buildings, minimal legwork. looking for someone to attend and take measurements for $150 plus gst, and charge no more than 10 % of the project value, with a minimum charge of 600, for the documents.
