Structural Calculations For Two Floors 4.95m x 5.80m Each

I need structural calculations, sketches and paperwork for two floor designs according to UK BUILDING CODE. The floors are the same size but there are 2 basic designs but with steels in opposite directions. I am using 2 standard 178x102 I-beams in each case. For the first design I would like the engineer to specify the MAXIMUM span of JOISTS allowed BETWEEN THE I-BEAMS and between the I-beams and walls, for flexible positioning of the steels on site. (That means the maximum length of joist that I can use in any case with this design). For the second design it is possible that the span may be limiting. If so, I need the design to use the contingency plan as specified on the sketch using a third I-beam below the floor, building up a structural stud wall from the floor below to the ceiling above to support the I-beams above, thereby reducing the span within allowable limits. In this case I would need to know the maximum span allowable.
