Structural Analysis and Design of a 2-storey Residential Building

Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced structural engineer to analyze and design a 2-story residential building with a reinforced concrete frame.
The engineer should have expertise in structural engineering, seismic analysis, and reinforced concrete design using British Standards ou Eurocode.
Architectural Drawings for the 2-story building will be provided. These will include the floor and roof plans, the building sections and elevations showing the building's exterior.
Skills and Experience:
- Structural Engineer with experience in designing concrete frame structures for residential buildings
- Familiarity with modern architectural design principles and aesthetics
- Knowledge of standard residential load requirements and ability to design accordingly
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (indicate which one) and ability to generate accurate calculations and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure structural integrity and safety of the building.
Required Drawings and Deliverables:
Structural Analysis and Design:
A report from the Design Analysis software used:
- Structural calculations and analysis report, including load calculations.
- Reinforced concrete design calculations for slabs, beams, and columns.
- Foundation design, specifying the type of foundation.
- Seismic design calculations and considerations, in compliance with relevant building codes.
- Few Images from the analysis and design software showing 3D models (Before and After analysis)
Construction Drawings:
Provide AutoCAD files in a commonly used format for all detailed structural drawings, including plans, sections, and details for the reinforced concrete frame:
- Structural framing plans showing beams, columns, slabs, and stairs,
- Reinforcement details for all structural elements,
- Foundation plans and details,
- Connection details if any...
