Stormwater Review Technician

I am in need of a Stormwater Review Technician who can review stormwater plans within max 3 days. The ideal candidate should have a certification as a Certified Stormwater Inspector (CSI). The tasks involved are mainly reviewing stormwater and drainage plans comments.
The engineer must be familiar with USA projects similar, and they must send the previous works on chat.
