Stormwater Plan Review & Stamp and successful acceptance by City of San Jose, CA

Job ID: 38436743

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Hi I have an urgent San Jose, CA drainage project that needs the following California Certified stamp.
1. Go over and verify that the current plan is valid and works. Make corrections and edits to the plans and responses.
2. Review and respond in a live zoom meeting to the city's recent questions (see file).
3. Ensure any additional comments that city may come back with regarding the plan are satisfied and take us through acceptance. The city is eager to work with us to wrap up this project and so we do not expect any real problems, they will have a few comments as you can imagine.
4. No AutoCAD work is needed. I will do all that work, but will need guidance.
5. Note the work is pretty much completed so our hope is that only minor changes will be done.

Payment will be made in milestones, but the main milestone is the complete signoff of the project

This plan was created by an engineer who has now retired. We were partway through the drainage plan and realized that it still had the asphalt driveway and had not been corrected for the gravel driveway. This has been fixed on the plan. The city also suddenly came back to us with some comments. which have also been fixed. Before you bid make sure if you see any things that need to be fixed they can be completed within the scope of this project.

************PLEASE NOTE***************
You must answer these questions in your proposal or we will have to delete them.
1. Do you have a CA Civil Engineering License and stamp? Or have partners that will. THe cost of the stamp must be part of your quote.
2. Will you be able to do a live zoom call with the City of San Jose during Pacific Time work hours?
3. Will you accept the payment terms that payment will only be made after the City of San Jose validates and accepts the stamp. (The money will be in escrow but will not be relesaed till this happens).

Please do NOT ask for payment off this platform, please do not underbid.

Drawings details etc. are on this google drive. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1307mX_T4lmI0te_mnkfLJFiUOgIy2w2O?usp=drive_link
