Stormwater Engineering for Roof & Property

I am seeking a professional in stormwater engineering to help me tackle a couple of challenges related to water management at my friend's residential property. The owner wishes to change the roof (rennovate the home) and have good drainage - engineer design etc required for DA. The property was flooded 2 weeks ago in the heavy downpour (by overland flows from surrounding property). Design a new stormwater drainage system to prevent flooding. May involve liason with Councils Civil engineers....
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the current state of the roof drainage system and providing recommendations to address the overland flow issues.
- Designing and implementing an efficient stormwater drainage system that ensures the prevention of flooding in and around the property.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in stormwater engineering and residential water management.
- Strong understanding of existing roof drainage systems and their modification requirements.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing effective stormwater drainage systems.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards related to stormwater management in residential areas.
