North Carolina Licensed Civil Engineer

Hello,
I am in need of Storm Water calculations for a simple residential culvert project in Asheville North Carolina. The project requires a licensed engineer that can stamp the site plan and provide calculations for the design. At a later date, the same engineer will have to stamp the "as builts" so the owner can obtain the certificate of occupancy. As I am on a tight timeline, I am looking for an engineer that can deliver these services within less than 1 month.
On the attached site plan, the only thing I need the engineer to address are the comments in the lower right hand corner, i.e., I will handle all the other comments on the markup.
There is also an attached plan that has the proposed installation of the culvert that needs the calculation without other site plan clutter.
