Steel Structure Design

I am looking for a specialist to design a steel structure that will primarily be used for building support. The structure's height and horizontal span should not exceed 10 meters. As the material type was not specified, proficiency in working with various kinds of steel like Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, and Stainless Steel is essential.
