Steel Platform Construction for Equipment
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a small design platform for Chiller, Air Compressor, and DM Plants.
Specifications:
- Total area: 4250mm x 7270mm
- Total weight on the platform: 2200kgs
- Beam/channel will be fixed to two pillars as shown in the bottom box.
- Supporting beams/channels will be welded between two beams, shown as vertical blue dotted lines.
- Walkway is provided with removable checkered plates.
- Checkered plate will have equipment placed on it.
- Vertical support will be provided to support the platform onto the floor.
- A 4-feet L-shaped railing will be provided on the frame towards the parapet wall.
- Enclosure for Air Compressor & DM plants above the platform to protect from direct sunlight and rain using polycarbonate sheets.
- Entry gate at a suitable location.

- Structural engineering background
- Proficiency in working with galvanized steel
- Experience in designing and fabricating industrial platforms
- Familiarity with polycarbonate sheet installation
