PE Stamped Site Plans Needed

I'm seeking a qualified engineer to create scaled site plans for a commercial property, specifically for a drive-thru coffee trailer. The plans must meet Nashville zoning approval standards (they are specifically asking that the plans include showing that 5 vehicles (20 foot long assumption) can queue on the property without blocking the street and that there is a 12 foot wide by-pass lane and include a Professional Engineer (PE) stamp. Ideal candidates should have experience in commercial site planning, zoning requirements, and PE certification. I already have CAD scaled plans. I need an expedited timeline if possible.
