PE Stamp Needed for Residential Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I require a Professional Engineer (PE) to assess my residential building currently under construction. The PE's stamp will be required to confirm both the building height and the setback from the property line.
The following form is needed from the city for final permit for construction. Plans have already been approved.
