Software Demo's & Training (Must have Construction Knowledge)

Do you have experience in the construction industry? Have you used software to help manage a construction product? If you answered yes to either of these, keep reading.

We are a construction software company looking for a couple of team members to join us as a Demo/Training Specialist. This person will provide product demos or trainings to our customers.

Contractors use our product to help them manage all aspects of their company. Invoices, Estimates, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, etc. If you are not familiar with these terms, please do not submit a bid.

Experience:

• Great written and spoken English
• 2-6 years of proven experience as a sales rep or demo specialist or experience using other software
• Has prior experience or knowledge in the construction industry, allowing for a deeper understanding of customer needs and pain points.
• Strong Computer skills
• Has the ability to listen attentively and comprehend the unique needs of our valued customers.
• Excels in working with individuals of diverse personalities and backgrounds (Contruction PMs, Accountants, Field Managers, etc.), maintaining a consistently professional and respectful demeanor.
• Engages with customers, understands their requirements, and provides solutions effectively.
• Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, staying up-to-date with our software updates.
• Exhibits strong time management skills, ensuring efficient training and support for our valued customers..

Demo Specialist Requirements:

• You will be responsible for conducting all assigned meetings with precision and professionalism.
• Your ability to deeply understand and meet customer needs is paramount. Ensure our customers leave with a positive experience.
• Strive for excellence in customer service to consistently garner outstanding reviews.
• Maintain a quiet and distraction-free home office environment to facilitate productive and focused work.
• Possess a reliable phone or computer microphone for effective communication during calls.
• Prompt communication is expected and required with team members, leads, and customers


Job Type: Full-Time

Requires a minimum of 30 hours each week. Lots of flexibility means you can start work as early as 8AM EST and finish as late as 8PM EST.

Job Overview:

We will spend the required time working with you and teaching you the basics of how our online software helps contractors manage their projects. During this time we will also teach you how to use our CRM program so that all notes and tasks can be documented. Although you are working from home, you are not alone. You’ll be able to chat with other team members to instantly have any questions answered.

Sales Rep Requirements:

• All Leads will be provided to you and come organically from our website
• Proper follow up and log activities within company CRM system
• Understand and deliver on Customer needs
• Maintain excellent customer reviews
• Execute activity levels for calls, meetings, quotes, and new opportunities added to the sales funnel each month
• Meet monthly sales quotas
• Follow up with clients
• Quite home office
• Phone or computer microphone (for making calls)
• Prompt communication is expected and required with team members, leads, and customers

Commission, sales goals, and other forms of compensation will be discussed in the next conversation.
