Small scale structural calculations and certification

I'm looking for someone to call on when we need specifications and certification (UK) for foundations and fixings for on street equipment. The initial task is to specify foundations and fixings for an on street information point approx 3m high x 1m wide x 300mm deep weighing ~350 kg.
