Small bridge don't know what it should cost just want an estimate

I need somebody to design and stamp a bridge crossing over a creek. Minimum 25 width I would like 40 ft though if possible and affordable build. I-beam/tube steel structure? Or truss bridge. Overall 14 ft wide or so. I like the idea of a truss bridge so that it will create a natural guardrail on the sides. And maybe lighter steel being that it will have to be built in a truss section. But just simple I means underneath and I can always weld a rail afterwards. Nothing fancy but must be able to pass a loaded concrete truck of 12 yards. 78-80000 pounds. If someone already has a design done and it is 25 to 40 ft span somewhere in there not picky just looking to build an affordable bridge for a residence. Thx
