Site set out for a pool deck

As the owner of an outdoor property with a pool, I am looking for a reliable Freelancer to help me set out a deck surrounding the pool. I am looking for a modern and minimalist design with specific materials to be used for construction. The project size will be small and is estimated to be less than 500 square feet. We are also faced with a problem with the drainage and pool layout which needs to be addressed. If the Freelancer has any suggestions regarding the best material to use according to my needs and budget, I am open to listening.
