Site plan for commercial project

I need a site plan for a small commercial building project by a civil engineer licensed in Texas . Needs to be sufficient for submittal for building permit. Lot is rectangular 100 ft by 170 feet. Have survey already. Need drainage etc. Have building plans and the foundation plans. have placement decided for the building. Have electrical and plumbing plans done
