Site Plan dor Residential Pool/Deck Addition

I have a boundary survey and a hand sketch showing where I want to place a new in-ground pool and surrounding deck at my single-family home. I need these merged into a clear, permit-ready site plan.

What has to appear on the drawing: the existing residence, the proposed pool, deck, equipment pad, and the required zoning and setback dimensions. In addition, I need four typical construction sections that illustrate key details—think pool wall, deck edge, fence footing, or similar views that building officials usually request.

I’ll send you the survey (PDF/DWG) and the sketch as soon as we start. There are no preset HOA or municipal templates yet; simply follow standard architectural drafting conventions so I can add any local notes later.

Please work in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or an equivalent CAD platform that lets you return both editable DWG files and print-ready PDFs.

Deliverables
• Site plan showing all zoning setbacks, the house, and the new pool/deck
• Four labeled typical sections at detail scale
• Final files in DWG, with logical layer naming

One round of minor revisions is included—just let me know your expected turnaround and any clarifications you need up front.

Doesn't matter if the proposed area passes or is on the wrong location, will be fixed later, the main thing is have the image survey scaled correct inside
