Rustic Hillside Duplex Villa Plans - Himalaya facing
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am preparing to build a 2 000 sq ft duplex villa on a Himalayan-facing slope and need complete design concept like floor plans, elevations and sections as well as exterior and interior renderings. . The mood is distinctly rustic and the exterior must read as solid stone and wood construction that blends into the landscape.
Ground-floor layout requirements
• Living area with a feature fireplace that frames the view
• One bedroom, two washrooms and a compact dry kitchen adjacent to wooden stairs
First-floor layout requirements
• Secondary living room with its own fire nook
• Three bedrooms, four washrooms
• Balconies running along both façades to capture the sunrise and sunset.
Because the site sits on a hillside, I will rely on you for slope-responsive civil/structural drawings and a coordinated MEP package that anticipates cold-weather loads and high-altitude conditions.
Deliverables (all in DWG/REVIT + printable PDF)
1. Dimensioned floor plans and elevations
2. Structural drawings with footing, beam and roofing details suitable for the terrain
3. Full MEP schematics—HVAC, plumbing and electrical—designed for efficient heating and hot-water circulation
4. A concise material schedule highlighting the stone façade and any complementary finishes
5. A compiled set ready for permit submission
Timeline: I need the first issue set ASAP, so please confirm you can commit to a rapid turnaround with room for one revision cycle.
If this scope is clear and the deadline is comfortable, let me know your estimated timeframe and any data you still need from my side.
