Rural Grading & Drainage Plans
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have a steady pipeline of raw-land projects in the northern Phoenix region—primarily rural residential lots and small farm developments. For each site I need a complete, permit-ready grading and drainage package that satisfies Yavapai County requirements.
Your task covers both grading and drainage. That means establishing existing and proposed contours, calculating cut and fill, running hydrology for the 10-, 25- and 100-year storms, and designing any berms, swales, detention or outlet structures the county will expect. Submittals must follow the current Yavapai County Drainage Criteria Manual, with plan sheets and a supporting drainage report sealed for Arizona.
I work in AutoCAD Civil 3D and would like the native DWG files along with clean PDFs; if you prefer another platform just be sure the final deliverables convert smoothly. We’ll coordinate by phone or email, and I’ll handle all survey and title data on my end so you can focus on the engineering.
Deliverables
• Signed/sealed grading plan set (DWG + PDF)
• Signed/sealed drainage report with calcs
• Earthwork quantity summary
• One revision cycle addressing county comments
