Revise Drafting & Stormwater Calculations
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have received two independent sets of review notes from separate government agencies and now need my entire engineering package brought into full compliance. Both the plan drawings and the stormwater management calculations must be updated.
The drawings
The agencies called out layout changes, detail adjustments, and dimensional corrections. All red-line comments are marked up directly on the PDFs; CAD (DWG) files are available. Please integrate every note while preserving my layer structure and title-block formatting.
The stormwater report
The reviewers requested clarification of existing data, several additional requirements, and fixes for specific compliance issues. I will supply the current HydroCAD model, contributing drainage maps, and the annotated comment list so you can rebuild or edit the calculations as needed.
What must be returned
• Revised plan set in both DWG and print-ready PDF, with a short change log highlighting each modification.
• Updated stormwater report (Word/PDF) plus the native calculation files.
• A summary memo cross-referencing every agency comment to its resolution so I can respond confidently.
I will be available for quick answers if any assumptions remain unclear, and I’m happy to review progress files mid-way to keep us on track toward re-submission.
