Retaining Wall and Slab Design

I'm looking for an experienced Civil or Structural Engineer to design a retaining wall combined with a slab/raft for a home extension. This project involves an existing single storey house with an extension to be added measuring 6 metres by 4 metres. The outer edge of the site has a row of Leylandi trees at a slightly higher level, and the soil is medium density clay.
The retaining wall should serve dual purposes: supporting soil from the higher ground and providing stability for the house extension.
Key Requirements:
- Design must be compliant with UK Building Control regulations
- Previous experience with UK design work is necessary
- Consideration for tree roots from Leylandi trees in the foundation design
