Retaining Wall/Parking Deck update

The County requires an update letter for a project that was 70% built over 9 years ago. The notation letter should cite 1) reduction of 30-35% of the load since we will not be finishing the last 8 vertical feel of elevation 2) update to current codes 3) notate or show driveway down to parking platform 4) addition of decorative Shotcrete covering gravity block modules for aesthetic purposes as well as vertical soils adjoining scope of driveway/road.
