Retail Site Plan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a detailed site plan for a new commercial retail project. The layout must clearly show the building footprint along with a well-designed parking area and an integrated drive-thru lane. I will supply the parcel survey and any zoning requirements as soon as we begin; your task is to translate those constraints into an efficient, code-compliant design ready for municipal review and eventual construction documentation.
Please use your preferred CAD platform (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and deliver both the editable file and a PDF sheet scaled for printing. The drawing should indicate property lines, setbacks, ingress / egress points, parking counts, drive-thru stacking distances, landscaping buffers, and any utility easements noted on the survey. If local standards require additional annotations—fire access, ADA paths, or stormwater notes—include those as well.
