I will email you the current retail site plan (.dwg) along with an annotated PDF that shows every revision: buildings shifted, parking re-striped, and drive aisles re-routed. Your task is strictly drafting—no design input—so accuracy and respect for the existing layers, scale, and coordinate system are critical.

The workflow I’m expecting is simple: open the base file in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or your preferred compatible platform, apply each mark-up exactly as shown, keep the drawing clean, and turn it back within three days. Once complete, send me:

• The updated .dwg with all changes incorporated, ready for the civil team to move straight into permitting
• A plotted PDF (24 × 36 preferred) so we can review at a glance

One round of minor tweaks is included in the scope. In your proposal, please confirm the CAD software you use and attach a similar retail site plan you have redrawn so I can judge fit and drafting style.
