Resort Site Plan & Layout Design

I have a flat parcel earmarked for a full-service resort and need a seasoned site planner to translate my concept into a build-ready set of drawings. The scope covers the complete land-development package: subdividing the plot, aligning internal roads, grading, storm-water and sewer layouts, utility corridors, and any other infrastructure details local codes require. Because this is a hospitality project, the master plan must comfortably accommodate a swimming pool with adjacent recreation zones, dedicated restaurant and dining blocks, and flexible event / conference spaces—all positioned for smooth guest circulation and maximum land utilization.

Please prepare detailed CAD drawings (PDF + editable files) that meet the latest municipal standards and clearly show setbacks, easements, parking counts, ADA paths, lighting, and landscaping schedules. Alongside the drawings, include a short report explaining how the design complies with zoning, fire-safety, and environmental regulations and outlining any phasing you recommend.

Acceptance criteria:
• Complete drawing set delivered in DWG and PDF, scaled and annotated.
• Compliance memo cross-referencing applicable local regulations.
• Optimisation notes that justify placement of the pool, F&B facilities, and conference areas on the flat terrain while preserving future expansion options.
