I'm seeking a consultant for my existing business who specializes in repair planning for residential structures. We have a failing brick foundation on one gable end, as well as a dry-rotted beam and rim joist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning of repairs.
- Calculate loads and assess structural integrity.
- Develop a plan for implementing our pre-selected steel pier system.
- Provide drawings for the project detailing the plan agreed upon.
I can provide a drawing of the structure, along with pictures of the damage and specifications for the steel pier system. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in structural engineering and experience with residential repair planning.
