Residential Structural Engineer for Renovation
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
I'm seeking a structural engineer for a residential building project. The primary tasks involve retrofitting and renovations. The main goal of these renovations is to enhance the structural integrity of the building.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Expertise in structural engineering with a focus on residential buildings
- Proven experience in retrofitting and renovations
- Strong knowledge of design, drafting, and structural assessments
- Ability to create solutions to improve structural integrity
- Familiarity with current building codes and standards
JOB Details: We are lifting the house 1 meter off the foundation and will need certified drawings as well as detail drawing of the house including bedrooms, kitchen, living rm etc.
Will provide measurements and pictures.
