Residential Site Plan CAD Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a full residential site plan engineered and drafted entirely from scratch. No previous blueprints or verified survey files exist, so you will start with the raw lot dimensions and any zoning or setback information I can supply. From there, I expect you to lay out the building footprint, driveways, utilities, grading contours, drainage provisions, landscaping zones, easements, north arrow, scale, and title block—all in compliance with the applicable local code.
Deliverables
• A clean, layered DWG (or compatible) 2D CAD file
• A print-ready PDF sheet set at the correct scale
Acceptance will be based on:
– Accurate reflection of the provided lot data and zoning rules
– Clear annotation, dimensions, and legend keys that a permitting office can review without additional clarification
– Logical layer naming and organization so future consultants can pick up the file immediately
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or an equivalent professional CAD platform is preferred so the output integrates smoothly with standard engineering workflows.
