I’m getting ready to move a residential project from concept to permitting and need a detailed site layout plan prepared by someone with land-engineering experience. The drawing must cover the full parcel, clearly plotting building footprints, parking areas, and green spaces so the design team and local authorities can review it without additional mark-ups.

I’ll supply a survey file, zoning data, and my preliminary sketches once we start. Your job is to translate those into a clean, scaled plan that aligns with standard civil drafting conventions. If you typically work in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software, that’s perfect—just export a print-ready PDF along with the original CAD file so future revisions are straightforward.
