Residential Lot Civil Drawings

The project requires a full civil work drawing package for a residential land lot I am developing. The plan set must clearly show the internal roads and pathways as well as a code-compliant drainage system, all prepared to the latest local government standards so the documents can move straight into the permit process without rework.

AutoCAD Civil 3D (or equivalent) is preferred to keep everything compatible with the rest of the design team’s workflow, and I will need both the native DWG files and print-ready PDFs.

Deliverables
• Overall site plan with horizontal and vertical alignment for every road and pathway
• Grading and drainage plan detailing pipe sizing, invert levels, catch basins, and outfall locations
• Erosion-control and construction-sequence notes required by local code
• Completed title block with my project data
• Final CAD files, plotted PDFs, and a consolidated plan set at 1:200 (or closest standard)

Acceptance criteria: the local permitting office should be able to approve the submission without requesting design changes, only clerical edits at most.
