Residential House building Engineering designs and tasks

A new residential building project is commencing soon.

Architectural plan design is currently in process.

I will need the assistance of a Civil / Structural engineer to help:

1. Visiting the project site and setting out of work plan.

2. Find out the project drawing or plans. Help with the drawing of foundations, slabs, staircase, etc

3. Surveying and leveling the construction site.

4. Calculate the quantity of materials in project work.

5. Ensure that all materials are being used according to specific specifications.

6. Ensure the construction quality control is according to drawing statements or IS methods.

7. Maintains all reporting and requirements submit to a superior officer or office.

8. Solve any unexpected technical issues or other problems that may arise.
