Residential Grading, Road & Stormwater
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I already have a full set of site plans and topographic surveys for a new residential development and now need a civil designer who can translate that data into a coordinated earth-work package. Your task is to prepare:
• A finished-ground grading plan that balances cut and fill and clearly calls out spot elevations and slopes.
• Centerline and edge profiles for the proposed internal roads/driveways, tied back to the existing survey benchmarks.
• A stormwater grade plan that shows gutter flow directions, catch-basin locations, inlet/outlet elevations and overland flow paths, ready for submission to the local authority.
All drawings must align with the existing survey coordinates and be delivered in both PDF (24”x36”) and a fully editable Civil 3D or compatible DWG file. If you prefer another platform such as MicroStation or InfraWorks, let me know up front. I will supply the survey (DWG + PDF) and architectural site layout the moment we start; please build your model directly on top of that reference.
I expect clear labeling, legible contours at 1-ft intervals, and a concise cut/fill report. Turnaround inside one week would be ideal, but let’s discuss if you need more time to meet quality standards.
