Residential Development Design II

Fast paced development organization looking for drafting design and engineering for small project.

A. Prepare Site geometry plans depicting the existing site features and proposed residential lots, roadways and related site features for the subdivision and infrastructure to support the proposed subdivision development.

B. Prepare grading and drainage plans showing proposed elevations, storm water management retention / detention system, catch basins and storm water piping.

C. Prepare Pre Development drainage map and erosion and sediment control plan

D. Prepare site utility plans depicting water distribution, fire protection and sewer service for the proposed development. Included is design of private sanitary sewer pumping station and force main to connection point within Butler Road.

E. Prepare plan and profile plans of the proposed roadways, storm drainage and utilities

F. Prepare Private sanitary sewer pump station design and plans

G. Prepare and complete site and utility details for the proposed improvements.

H. Prepare Lot and Block Grading plans with details

I. Prepare and complete supporting drainage and required calculations, documents and exhibits to satisfy the requirements of the review agencies.
