Residential Crawl Space Foundation Specifications
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for an experienced civil engineer or a structural engineer to provide detailed specifications for a foundation for a residential house addition. The foundation type will be a crawlspace and the site has mixed soil conditions.
We plan on using 8" foundation walls 5'7" with 18" footer.
there is a section where we have span of 36' trusses that need to be supported with a bearing wall and support beam in crawlspace.
