Residential Building Structural Engineer

I'm in need of a structural engineer who can help design the new construction of a residential building. I already have some architectural plans, but not complete ones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on partial architectural plans
- Design the structural components for a new residential building
- We need load bearing calculations

Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed structural engineer with experience in residential building design specifically on pier and beam foundation.
- Able to work collaboratively on architectural plans

Can provide soil sample analysis if needed.
