Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I am seeking a skilled structural engineer to assist in the design of a medium-sized residential building, ranging 1,000 - 5,000 sq ft.
Key tasks include:
- Foundation design: Helping to establish a sound basis for the structure ensuring safety and stability.
- Structural material selection: Assisting in choosing the best materials to use for this particular type of building.
- Load-bearing wall design: Providing guidance on designing walls capable of supporting their weight and any additional load.
Ideal Skills:
- Background in structural engineering specifically for residential buildings.
- Experience with medium-sized projects.
- Strong understanding of foundation concepts, material selection, and design of load-bearing walls.
Experience with a project of a similar scale is a must. Please provide any examples of similar work you have completed.
