I'm seeking a professional who can perform structural calculations for a residential building. The focus of these calculations will be on the reinforcement of existing structure that is approx 16'x24 single level that needs to meet requirements for conditioned living space.
Besides providing structural plans and calculations, you must provide your licensing information, name address phone email and signature and stamp on the plans. The city also requires you to register with them and pay a city tax. The cost will be born by us but the registration will have to be done by you.
