Repurposed Greenhouse snow load calculations for roof for residential code compliance

This structure is between an existing older
garage on slab and a new home with basement and footings built at same time as the onetime greenhouse was relocated. The 22’ wide x 20’ long and 13’ high to ridge “greenhouse” is clad with osb and 2”x2” horizontal supports from base to ridge. This structure is intended to be used as a breezeway. The outside is covered from base to ridge with ice and water shield and with asphalt shingles. The entry to the new house is through the breezeway. Herein lies the problem according to local zoning. They require a Snow load calculation. Photos are available from various construction phases as well as the original drawings filed with the permit application.
