Registered Civil Engineer needed for commercial project in Houston.
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We have a private commercial lot that needs Civil Drawings and permitting with the city of Houston. We will need the following:
- City of Houston WCR Utility Service Application.
- City of Houston Access Management Form.
- Detention Analysis.
- Sitework Construction Plans
Prepare the civil site work plans for the proposed development. The plans will include each of the following, as applicable:
a) Demolition Plan
b) Site Dimensional Control Plan
c) Site Utility Plan
d) Site Grading Plan
e) Site Drainage Plan
f) Site Paving Plan (including pavement markings)
g) Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
h) Details as needed
- City of Houston Public Utility Connection Plans.
- Sitework Permitting.
- A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Manual:
The SWPPP Manual will include the required Notice of Intent, Notice of Termination, and General Permit paperwork from the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for filing by the contractor.
The Civil Engineer must be registered with the state of Texas.
