Taking possession of 2 Reg Grundy Drive, Bundanoon on 25th Aug and need to discuss alterations to an established home with a view to submit a DA for the erection of 2 metal clad sheds, the repositioning of a retaining wall and the addition of a concrete driveway to the street.
One shed is to go in the back corner of the rear lawn with the other at the front right corner of the site requiring the realignment of the front half of the existing timber retaining wall, widening of the gate to achieve a garage for a caravan (shed approx. 4.5m wide) and finally a exposed aggregate slab and driveway out to the roll gutter.
