RPEQ Parking Turn Template Certification
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a simple commercial-property carpark design that the local Queensland council wants formally certified. All turning paths for standard car spaces have not been drafted; what I now need is an RPEQ-registered engineer to:
• design the turning templates
• Confirm they satisfy AS2890 requirements for standard cars and council guidelines
• Stamp and issue an RPEQ certificate (Form 15/16 or equivalent) along with the signed drawings
The layout is straightforward— it was accepted in previous applications with Council without the need for certified turning paths design. so I expect only minor mark-ups, if any. Please let me know the file format you prefer for review (DWG, DXF, or PDF) and your estimated turnaround. A brief note of your RPEQ number and similar jobs you’ve certified in Queensland will help me appoint you quickly.
The SRV parking shown on the plan is not a permanent parking allocation, its a temporary timed parking spot for loading and unloading if required outside of operational hours. FR TOS shown on the plans stands for Food/Retail Trucks or Stalls. The car parking spots are never used as the food trucks are parked and the cars leave the site. these are long term food truck positions and not moved daily. this is just a formality with the planner requirement.
