Quantity surveying

I am in need of a quantity surveyor who specializes in residential projects. I have complete plans and specifications for the project and need it completed as soon as possible. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in residential quantity surveying and possess excellent attention to detail. They should also be able to work under tight deadlines and have good communication skills and using costx software to get the cost of the project.
