Quantity Surveyors for Large-Scale Construction Projects

We are looking for skilled and reliable freelance quantity surveyors and estimators to join our technical team. This opportunity involves working directly on complex, large-scale construction projects—spanning residential, hospitality, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
This is not a generic outsourcing role. You will be part of a real workflow, supporting estimation packages that are being prepared for live tenders and proposals.

Scope of Work
You will receive complete project documentation including BOQs, architectural and MEP drawings, material schedules, and cut-sheets. Your task is to prepare a clear, structured project summary that supports cost breakdown and unit pricing.
Key deliverables include:
• Interpreting BOQs and matching them with drawings
• Summarizing quantities by trade, material type, and location
• Extracting cladding system details including cavity and fixing methods
• Identifying cut-to-size elements and documenting dimensions
• Presenting all findings in a provided reporting format
Accuracy, clarity, and structured presentation are essential.
