Preliminary Drainage Report
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Need preliminary drainage report for a lot split. City would like best guess of what we “may” build on the separate property which is a 2000 square foot single home (3 bdrm, 2.5 ba).
Here is what we need for the city needs:
% Impervious area versus non-impervious
The run-off co-efficient
The size/type of storm drain that might be used/designed to accommodate the increased capacity based on the co-efficient. Or, an analysis of the current system and how it might be modified.
The city's goal is to determine if there is enough capacity on this lot before splitting it and if not, what anticipated changes would be needed. I have the survey, soils report, etc. Thank you!
