Precast Concrete Fence and Gate Design-For Submit To City For Permit Approval

I'm looking for an experienced structural engineer and designer to assist with my precast concrete fence panel and cantilever gate project. The project involves:
- Designing the panel moulds for casting the fence panels and posts with geometric shapes, specifically hexagons and squares.
- Creating a cantilever gate using container corrugated panel.
- Conducting structural calculations for the fences and the posts.
The panel moulds need to be designed with steel. Your expertise in this field will ensure that the designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Prior experience with precast concrete and cantilever gate design is a plus. Please include examples of your previous design work in your proposal.
