Pool project structural Engineer

I have a pool that is permitted and has been dug, electric, plumbing, rebar, and shotcrete. There was a scheduling mishap and the pool was shotcreted before passing inspection of the rebar. I now need the involvement of a structural engineer to pass off. I have pics, videos, etc... of the rebar and structure of the pool. I need the help of a structural engineer to get us through the inspection.
