Plinth Area Based Estimator For Diverse Building Types
Budget: ₹600 – ₹75,000 INR
I'm looking for a seasoned estimator to prepare preliminary and budgetary estimates for various building types including residential, commercial and institutional in India. Estimates should be based on CPWD Plinth Area Rates and take into consideration inputs related to civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, fire fighting, landscaping, IT etc.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with estimating for all building types: single-family homes, apartment complexes, mixed-use buildings, etc.
- Ability to provide budgetary costs based on areas and specific building and land requirements.
- Proficient in using CPWD Plinth Area Rates for India.
- Knowledge in various fields including civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, fire fighting, landscaping, IT is a plus.
