Patio Pergola Cover Structural and Foundation Design - Nevada Licensed Engineer

Hello, I'm looking for a Nevada Licensed Engineer to help design a patio pergola cover and foundation structure. The pergola will be square or rectangular in shape and must abide by residential building codes. It should be constructed of wood to meet my aesthetic preferences, however, I'm open to suggestions if any other materials would work better.
