Passenger Transport Aluminum Pontoon Structural Designer

I'm looking for a structural designer for an marine aluminum pontoon with a robust supporting system primarily for passenger transport. The pontoon should be capable of accommodating 11 to 20 passengers and designed for operation in costal waters. The pontoon will be fabricated and installed on-site, so the design needs to account for this.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in structural design, particularly with aluminum.
- Experience in designing passenger transport vessels.
- Proven track record in designing for passenger transport
- Understanding of the dynamics and requirements of costal waters.
- Ability to create a safe, comfortable, and efficient transport solution for the specified passenger capacity.
- Ability to design for on-site fabrication and installation
